Joe DeLucchi's roots in the insurance industry started at age 15.  Presently he is the Vice President of CAL Insurance & Associates, Inc., a well known and established regional brokerage.  Joe's knowledge, connections and resources in the insurance & risk management industry help his clients with various types of coverage pertinent to their survival and success.  Joe is involved with a number of activities such as guest speaker and volunteer with SBA/SCORE, graduate of Leadership San Francisco 2006, past VP of the Board for the SF Small Business Network, SF Business Alliance, Professionals Network Group, and the Professional Property Management Association.

Matthew L. Kabak is a business and intellectual property attorney working with companies, executives and entrepreneurs concerning matters related to business entity formation, operations, management and strategic trademark and copyright counsel. His clients are engaged in the business of real estate, finance, advertising, media and entertainment.

David Lau received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as his Master of Business Administration in taxation from the California State University of East Bay (formerly know as California State University of Hayward). He holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the State of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has had over twelve years of experience in pubic accounting and was previously employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touché. His experience has been in a variety of areas such as real estate, high-technology, bio-technology, manufacturing, wholesaling, distribution, service-based business, and not-for-profit organizations. 

Elyse Napolitano, CPCC, is a certified Professional Coach, trained in both individual coaching and organizational coaching, who believes that individuals are most effective when they view their entire lives — personal and professional — as assets for their total success. She helps entrepreneurial clients create business success through strategic planning, creativity, and fun.

Reid Neubert is our marketing and branding guy.  His company, Reid Neubert + Friends, helps clients build their businesses and reduce their cost of sales through Smarter Marketing™.  Reid was previously co-founder and chief marketing officer of LetterClick, an Internet correspondence service, part of the core team at two venture-backed start-ups, and has worked in-house at Wells Fargo Bank and Autodesk. Reid has twice been a columnist, given talks on strategic marketing, branding and Web design, been a Web site design competition judge, and an expert witness on branding.

Jen-Mei Wu's company, Colorful Expressions, Inc. ("Help for your four-letter computing days"), helps clients with their technology needs. Before starting her business, Jen-Mei worked all over the technology sector -- programmer, systems analyst, quality assurance, and as manager IT and software development departments. Having a wide breadth of knowledge, she's able to talk to clients about a broad range of solutions and opportunities. Jen-Mei serves on the board of the Pride Law Fund.
